The agreement between you and NogenTech for the NogenTech Content Intelligence product.
Effective date: August 6, 2026
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and NogenTech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the NogenTech Content Intelligence product (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
The Service provides content-readiness analysis for article content you submit through an authenticated account. Reports are advisory editorial guidance produced by automated analysis and, where stated, deterministic checks.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Service runs on credits: one credit is reserved and spent per completed analysis. New verified accounts receive three free analyses; no card is required to start. When paid billing is enabled, a third-party merchant-of-record provider acts as the seller of record for purchases and its checkout terms apply to those transactions. Credit balances and usage are recorded in an append-only ledger for billing integrity; corrections are made by audited adjustments. We do not currently offer paid plans; any pricing, refund, and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase before you pay.

You retain all rights to the content you submit. You are granted the reports generated from your content for your own use. The Service, including its software, models integration, and design, remains owned by NogenTech and its licensors.
The Service evaluates content and provides recommendations. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or AI citation. Automated and provider outputs may be imperfect and are deterministic only where we state so. Publishing decisions remain yours.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NogenTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security risk, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. On termination, access ends; unused free analyses carry no cash value, and any handling of purchased credits will follow the billing terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
We may update these terms as the product matures. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
